Around 13 of us, high on exotic cocktails(some broke the code and ordered rum, lets not get into that) having a ball, thats what it was.

Anita can't spell physics. She types 'appliedphycics' and tells me my blog doesn't exist.

Geetha is cute. Wish we got to talk a little longer. Hey, my sense of humor is a lot better when I'm sober. Don't write me off just yet.

Okay, I’ve done my share of work today. Not the required amount but quite a lot of work by my standards. Sometimes your brain just says, “stop! enough of working for today. You’ll still get paid the same irrespective the additional effort you think should be done. Even if you do choose to go the distance for brownie points, it’ll go unnoticed anyway.” What the heck, so I decided to browse, read blogs and yeah, write a new post too.

Your cubicle can feel so much like home when you write a new post, especially when your annoying neighbour is not around. You have your Pepsi(you could run out of it at home, but here its always well-stocked), coffee, chips, biscuits. headphones, music, YouTube, imdb.. every resource on the planet that can assist you in the creation of your new post.

Not just that, so many events happen in office that you can get inspired by. For instance, I thought I’d blog about this guy who likes to burst into an old hindi song anytime he feels like. I mean, like we’re all working seriously and suddenly he decides to sing “Tere bina mere zindagi mein koi..” with full feeling. Loudly. And a plastic smile on his face as he makes eye contact with his listeners. He sings fine and all and you’d hate to interrupt the guy, but I just wish someone would slash his abdomen with a samurai sword and extract his intestines the next time he breaks into a song without a warning. I know, serious punishment for a harmless crime but you try listening to “Gaata rahe mera dil… ” in the men’s toilet.

There are many such specimens in my office and I’d love to write about them. I’m sure someone’s blogging about me too but I don’t care. Actually I do, and I think I’d really want to read it. Now, wouldn’t it be interesting to read a pissed off post about me on the KishoreKumar wannabe’s blog?

I’m tired of using my free time in office for browsing & downloading.

I will henceforth use it to blog too.
